Your Wedding Includes:

• Bridal Suite use for the bride to dress only

• Up to 40 guests included — maximum 40 guests

• Use of our reception space

• Traditional double-stacked one-tier wedding cake

• First couple's dance

• Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances upon request

• Tables, chairs, white table linens, basic reception décor, and Bluetooth speaker system

Approximate Use of Your 4 Hours: 30 minutes Bridal Suite use • 15-minute wedding ceremony • 30 minutes photography • 2.5-hour reception • 15 minutes Bridal Suite clean-up

Bridal Suite:

• Bride may use the Bridal Suite to dress.

• Hair and makeup must be completed before arrival.

• Groom should arrive dressed and ready.

Reception Includes:

• 60-inch round reception tables, white wooden chairs, and white table linens

• Basic table décor, or bring your own décor

• Sweetheart table, Guestbook/Gift table, and one 8-foot food table

• Bluetooth speaker system

• First couple's dance and additional traditional dances upon request

Wedding Cake:

• One double-stacked, one-tier wedding cake sized for your guest count

• Chocolate or vanilla cake with chocolate or buttercream frosting

• Multiple cake design choices

• Wedding cake cutting ceremony

Food & Catering:

• A full catered meal may be served.

• Food must be self-serve unless otherwise approved.

• Caterers/restaurants must be licensed and insured, and Rhinestone Wedding Chapel must be added as an additional insured to the caterer's liability policy.

• Please confirm your caterer with us before paying so we can verify insurance.

• Food must be delivered to the chapel by the approved caterer or restaurant.

• Couple provides all plates, napkins, cups, silverware, serving pieces, and supplies needed for food and cake.

• Leftover food must be taken with you after the reception.

Reception Décor & Setup:

• White linens, white wooden chairs, and basic chapel décor are included.

• Couples may bring runners, flowers, colored napkins, and other personal décor.

• Setup time will be arranged with the chapel sometime during the week before their wedding.

Music:

• Bluetooth speaker system provided in the reception space.

• Chapel assists with ceremony music only.

• Couple or designated guest controls reception music.

• We recommend preparing playlists in advance for background music, special dances, and dancing.

Drinks & Alcohol:

• Couple provides all beverages, cups, and ice.

• Beer, wine, champagne, and hard alcohol may be permitted with required event/liquor liability coverage.

• Alcohol requires a $1 million liquor liability policy naming Rhinestone Wedding Chapel as additionally insured. Approximate cost is $240, purchased separately by the couple.

• Beer & Wine Only: Horse Bar Trailer available for +$100 cleaning fee

• Hard Alcohol: Requires an approved TABC-licensed bartender provided by the couple and use of the Horse Bar Trailer.

• Horse Bar Trailer fee for hard alcohol: +$200

• All bartender and alcohol arrangements must be approved in advance.

Photography:

• 100 Professional Photos: +$399 — 1 hour

• 200 Professional Photos: +$599 — 2 hours; recommended for wedding-and-reception coverage

• Bring Your Own Photographer or Camera — Ceremony & Reception: +$149

• Guests may take photos using cell phones at no charge.

• Any guest bringing a camera requires the Bring Your Own Photographer or Camera option.

• Outside photographers and personal cameras may not be used anywhere on chapel property unless the option has been purchased.

Important Information:

• Arrival and setup times will be arranged based on your scheduled wedding time.

• Late arrivals reduce photography or reception time and do not extend the four-hour reservation.

• Children and infants count as guests and must be supervised by an adult.

• Guests may take cell phone photos while seated during the ceremony.

• Chapel previews are available by appointment.

Payment & Terms:

• 50% payment is required to reserve your date when booking more than two months in advance.

• Remaining balance due 60 days before the wedding.

• Weddings booked less than two months in advance must be paid in full.

• Card payments are processed immediately.

• No payment holds.

• No refunds.

• Rescheduling: One reschedule permitted with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Rebooking is subject to available dates and times.
