» Reception Includes:
- Use of Reception Space till 9 pm
- Caterers used must be licensed and insured. (Chapel requires to be added as additional insured on their liability policy)
- Chapel has worked with muliple caterers in the area and will recommend some for our couple. Chapel will also work with caterers and finalize the details and gets from the caterer the insurance requirements.
- Couple to provide all servicewear, plates, napkins, cups, drinks and ice for reception. Chapel has refriderator for their use the day before and day of event.
- Reception includes tables, chairs, white linens for tables and basic table decor (couple invited to add their own decor as well)
- Set up (couple invited to come the day before event to help set up and decorate)
- Tables & linens provided for caterered food and bridal tables needed (gift, sweetheart table, guest book, etc.)
- Bluetooth Speaker System (Microphone included), Disco lighting available for dancing
- Create your own special playlist for your reception dances
- Designate one of your guests to manage
- Use of Horse Bar Trailer (for receptions where alcohol will be served)
- 1 day event insurance (1 million dollar alcohol liability) liability. Chapel can provide option of one used, approximate cost $150
- Couple to supply Beer & Wine
- ABC Licensed Bartender required for serving hard alcohol (Chapel can help find one, if you'd like, you would pay them separately)
- 1 layer 10" wedding cake included (vanilla or chocolate cake, chocolate or buttercream frosting)

- Photographers do not count as guests
- No refunds once booked but you may cancel within 1 week of event and reschedule within the next 6 months of the original date. Rebooking's are based on time and dates available.
